This three-day Certification Exam Preparation Course is taught by a certified PMP who is also a Certified Scrum Training (CST) and Agile Coach with over 20 years IT industry experience working with remote and off shore teams, as well as local companies. 

Course Overview:                                                               
This course is intended to help new and experienced agile practitioners learn how to successfully apply agile methods to their real projects/programs. Topics covered will include: Agile Methodologies, Stakeholder Engagement, Continuous Improvement, Agile Analysis and Design, Planning and Estimation, Agile Monitoring, Product Quality, Adaptive Leadership, Risk Management, Metrics, and Value Based Prioritization. In addition to other Agile related topics. Student participation in all hands-on instructor lead team exercises, simulations and role playing is an essential component of this course.

Who Should Attend:                                                
Project Managers, Program and Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Testers, IT Leaders, Project Stakeholders, and other team members and Sr. Management interested in either leaning more about agile or pasting the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) exam.

This course meets the PMI-ACP exam requirements for 21 agile practices contact hours.
