Full range leadership development has been the standard for providing leadership research and training around the world in various contexts.

Please join us for a panel discussion and book signing event, "Full Range Leadership Development: Pathways for People, Profit and Planet" (2010, Routledge/Psychology Press) to be held Thursday, November 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Penn State Great Valley, Warren V. Musser Auditorium.

The book’s lead author, John J. Sosik (Ph.D., State University of New York at Binghamton), professor of management and organization and professor-in-charge, master of leadership development, will guide the discussion by a panel of experts from industry, government, the military, and academia. Panelists will discuss how they use transformational leadership in a variety of arenas and its results, as well as how program attendees can learn how to reap the benefits of full range leadership development in their personal and professional lives.
