As with any new way of doing business, Agile methods have generated quite a bit of controversy within the software community. Yet since their emergence, in project after project, they have continued to deliver higher quality software systems in less time than traditional processes. Our keynote speakers will each present a brief case study with interactive activities.
Who should attend:
If you are a software team member, including project manager, team lead, development manager, product manager, architect, developer or tester, this program is a must for you. Additionally, CIOs and CTOs of organizations who have, or will be migrating to an Agile environment, will find this workshop helpful.
This workshop is co-sponsored by Apex Systems and Penn State Great Valley, Continuing Professional Education Department.
Agile Power Alliance is the official Users Group for the Greater Philadelphia area's Scrum Alliance.
