New catering policy effective 7/1/12 

Option 1:  Choose a Penn State Great Valley Select Caterer (Crocodile, Cornucopia, Meredith's) to incur NO SURCHARGE.

Option 2:  Choose a caterer other than one of the Penn State Great Valley Select Caterers. A surcharge of  20% of Conference Services Event Total will be added to the client's Conference Event Invoice from Penn State Great Valley.  All caterers must be approved by Penn State University.
