Workplace Learning and Performance Improvement Design Graduate Certificate

DECEMBER 2010: Important changes are occurring in the Instructional Systems (INSYS) program at Penn State Great Valley. New admissions to the live classroom-based INSYS program at Great Valley are being suspended along with a wind down of the resident instruction program offered in Malvern.

INSYS courses will continue to be offered at Great Valley through the end of Spring Semester 2013. Current degree-seeking students will be able to enroll in and complete program courses at Great Valley during this period. After that, live classroom-based INSYS courses will no longer be offered at Great Valley. We strongly encourage you to complete your remaining INSYS course work during this time period. If you cannot complete your degree requirements in that time, we will work with you to identify approved options for completing your degree.

Nondegree and certificate students who have completed INSYS courses at Great Valley have until March 1, 2011, to apply for admission to the program. (Click here for additional information for nondegree and certificate students.)

There will be an information session to learn more about these changes to be held at the Great Valley Campus on Tuesday, January 18, and again on Wednesday, January 19, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. – choose the date that is most convenient for you.

Click here for details about how to RSVP to one of these sessions.

We assure you that Penn State Great Valley will make all reasonable efforts to help you complete your degree in Instructional Systems. Our goal is to provide you with information and options that will enable you to complete your degree in a timely fashion and join the more than 600 Great Valley INSYS graduates in this region and across the nation.
